ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 4 to 10 business days to produce your order. Orders are produced on demand, giving each item the attention it deserves! Once the items in your order have been created, your order will be shipped. Expect an email within 24 hours of your order being shipped to let you know your order is on its way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 4 to 10 business days of production using flat-rate shipping. Flat-rates vary by product.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ollie-baby.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
